١من نحنWho we are

«نِظامي» (Nithami.ai) شركة سعودية مقرّها الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن «مشغّل البيانات» المسؤول عن بياناتك الشخصية بالمعنى الوارد في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي. Nithami.ai (نِظامي) is a Saudi company based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the Data Controller responsible for your personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

٢نطاق هذه السياسةWhat this policy covers

تسري هذه السياسة على البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها ونعالجها عبر: موقع nithami.ai ونموذج التسجيل فيه؛ ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني التي نرسلها إليك؛ ومساعدك في «نِظامي»، أي بريده وتقويمه، وما تربطه به من بريدك وتقويمك إن اخترت ذلك، ورسائله إليك على واتساب؛ وعملية الاشتراك والدفع. This policy covers the personal data we collect and process through: the nithami.ai website and its registration form; emails we send you; your Nithami assistant, meaning its own email and calendar, any of your own email or calendar you choose to connect to it, and its messages to you on WhatsApp; and subscription and payment.

لا تسري هذه السياسة على تطبيق واتساب نفسه. استخدامك لواتساب يخضع لشروط وسياسات شركة Meta، وهي جهة مستقلة عنّا. It does not cover the WhatsApp application itself. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by Meta's own terms and policies, and Meta is independent of us.

٣البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذاWhat we collect and why

نوضّح أدناه كل حقل نجمعه، وهل هو إلزامي أم اختياري، والغرض منه، وماذا يحدث إن لم تقدّمه. Below is every field we collect, whether it is mandatory or optional, what it is for, and what happens if you do not provide it.

أ) عند التسجيل لإنشاء مساعدك(a) When you register to create your assistant

إن لم تقدّم الحقول الإلزامية (الاسم الأول واسم العائلة والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الجوال) فلن نتمكن من إنشاء مساعدك، لأن كلّاً منها ضروري لتقديم ما طلبته: رقم الجوال تحديداً هو القناة التي يراسلك عليها مساعدك ويستقبل تعليماتك، وبدونه لا نستطيع الوصول إليك. وما عداها اختياري، ولا يترتب على تركه فارغاً أي أثر على تسجيلك. If you do not provide the mandatory fields (first name, last name, email and mobile number) we cannot create your assistant, because each is necessary to deliver what you asked for. The mobile number in particular is where your assistant messages you and takes your instructions, and without it we cannot reach you. Everything else is optional and leaving it blank has no effect on your registration.

ب) عند اشتراكك في النشرة البريدية(b) When you subscribe to the newsletter

نجمع الاسم الأول واسم العائلة والبريد الإلكتروني، ولا شيء غير ذلك. الغرض واحد: إرسال أخبار «نِظامي» إليك. الاشتراك في النشرة منفصل تماماً عن التسجيل: التسجيل وحده لا يضيفك إلى القائمة البريدية، ولا نضيفك إليها إلا إذا اشتركت أنت. ويمكنك إيقاف الرسائل في أي وقت من رابط إلغاء الاشتراك في أي رسالة. We collect your first name, last name and email address, and nothing else. There is one purpose: to send you Nithami news. The newsletter is entirely separate from registering: registering alone does not add you to the mailing list, and we add you only if you subscribe yourself. You can stop the emails at any time from the unsubscribe link in any message.

ج) ما يعالجه مساعدك(c) What your assistant processes

• البريد الذي يصل إلى عنوان مساعدك، بما فيه ما تحوّله إليه أو تضعه في نسخته: محتواه، وأسماء مرسليه ومستقبليه وعناوينهم، والملخصات والردود التي يكتبها مساعدك. ولا يدخل مساعدك صندوق بريدك إلا إذا اخترت أن تربطه به، وعندها يعالج منه ما تتيحه الصلاحية التي تمنحها. Mail that reaches your assistant's address, including what you forward to it or copy it in on: its content, the names and addresses of the people who sent and received it, and the summaries and replies your assistant writes. Your assistant goes into your own inbox only if you choose to connect it, and then processes what the access you grant allows.
• تقويم مساعدك، وتقويم Google الخاص بك إن اخترت ربطه: المواعيد ومن يحضرها، بما فيها المواعيد السابقة، ليحجز مواعيدك ويعدّلها ويعرف يومك. Your assistant's calendar, and your own Google Calendar if you choose to connect it: appointments and who attends them, including past ones, so it can book and change your appointments and know your day.
• ما ترسله إلى مساعدك على واتساب: النصوص والرسائل الصوتية والصور وملفات PDF، والمهام التي تكلّفه بها، وردوده وردودك عليه. What you send your assistant on WhatsApp: text, voice notes, photos and PDFs, the tasks you give it, and its replies and yours.
• مهامك وتذكيراتك: ما تطلب من مساعدك متابعته، ومواعيد استحقاقه، وما أُنجز منه. Your tasks and reminders: what you ask your assistant to keep track of, when it is due, and what has been done.
• ما يبحث عنه لك: الأسئلة التي يبحث عنها مساعدك لإنجاز مهامك أو للرد على رسالة. What it researches for you: the questions your assistant looks up to complete your tasks or answer a message.
• ما يتذكّره مساعدك ويتعلّمه: الملاحظات والتفضيلات التي تعلّمه إياها، والمهارات التي يكتسبها من استخدامك له، والمستندات التي يكتبها لك. What your assistant remembers and learns: the notes and preferences you teach it, the skills it picks up from how you use it, and the documents it writes for you.
• بيانات الاشتراك والدفع: تاريخ الاشتراك والتجديد وحالة السداد. لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك؛ تُعالَج مباشرة لدى مزوّد الدفع. Subscription and billing data: subscription and renewal dates and payment status. We do not hold your card details; they are processed directly by the payment provider.
• بيانات تقنية محدودة: أوقات الرسائل وسجلات الأخطاء، لتشغيل الخدمة وتشخيص الأعطال. Limited technical data: message timestamps and error logs, to operate the service and diagnose faults.

نحتاج هذه البيانات لتشغيل مساعدك أصلاً. ولكل عميل وكيل مستقل: بريده وتقويمه وذاكرته وملفاته. We need this data to run your assistant at all. Each customer has a dedicated agent: its own mailbox, calendar, memory and files.

٤الأساس النظامي للمعالجةOur legal basis

٥الرسائل التسويقيةMarketing messages

نفرّق بوضوح بين نوعين من الرسائل: We draw a clear line between two kinds of message:

• رسائل الخدمة: ما يرسله لك مساعدك، والتذكيرات التي طلبتها، وإشعارات التجديد أو الأعطال. هذه جزء من الخدمة التي اشتركت فيها ولا تُوقف إلا بإنهاء الاشتراك. Service messages: what your assistant sends you, reminders you asked for, and renewal or outage notices. These are part of the service you subscribed to and stop only when the subscription ends.
• الرسائل التسويقية: عروض وأخبار المنتج. لا نرسلها إلا بموافقتك المنفصلة المسبقة، ونعرّف بأنفسنا بوضوح في كل رسالة، ونتيح لك إيقافها فوراً ومجاناً. Marketing messages: offers and product news. We send these only with your separate, prior consent, we identify ourselves clearly in every one, and you can stop them immediately and free of charge.

لإيقاف الرسائل التسويقية: اضغط رابط إلغاء الاشتراك في أي رسالة بريدية، أو راسلنا على privacy@nithami.ai. نوقفها خلال ٢٤ ساعة على الأكثر. ولا نستخدم أي بيانات حسّاسة لأغراض التسويق إطلاقاً. To stop marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to privacy@nithami.ai. We action it within 24 hours at the latest. We never use sensitive data for marketing purposes.

٦مع من نشارك بياناتكWho we share with

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات يعملون بالنيابة عنّا وبتعليماتنا، وبعقود تُلزمهم بحمايتها، ومنهم Meta وTikTok لقياس أداء إعلاناتنا (انظر البند ١٤): We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf and on our instructions, under contracts that oblige them to protect it, including Meta and TikTok to measure how our adverts perform (see section 14):

وقد نفصح عن بياناتك إذا ألزمنا بذلك نظامٌ أو أمرٌ قضائي أو طلبٌ من جهة مختصة. وسنخبرك بذلك ما لم يمنعنا النظام من إخبارك. We may also disclose your data where a law, a court order or a request from a competent authority requires it. We will tell you when that happens unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

٧نقل البيانات خارج المملكةTransfer outside the Kingdom

نقول هذا صراحةً لأنه يهمّك: بعض بياناتك الشخصية تُعالَج خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. بريد مساعدك وتقويمه مستضافان لدى Google، وذاكرته وملفاته والنظام الذي يشغّله مستضافة لدى Amazon Web Services في ألمانيا، واسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم جوالك محفوظة كذلك لدى مزوّد بريدي في الاتحاد الأوروبي، وما يعالجه مساعدك من مهام ومواعيد ومراسلات ورسائل يُعالَج لدى مزوّد معالجة لغوية في الولايات المتحدة، ورسائل واتساب تمر عبر منصة Meta. We state this plainly because it matters to you: some of your personal data is processed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your assistant's email and calendar are hosted with Google, and its memory, files and the system that runs it with Amazon Web Services in Germany; your name, email and mobile number also sit with an email provider in the European Union; the tasks, appointments, correspondence and messages your assistant handles are processed by a language-processing provider in the United States; and WhatsApp messages pass through Meta's platform.

الغرض من النقل هو تقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها، ولا يمكن تقديمها بدونه في الوقت الحالي. ونلتزم بما يأتي: The purpose of the transfer is to deliver the service you asked for, and at present it cannot be delivered without it. We commit to the following:

• ننقل أقل قدر من البيانات يكفي للغرض.We transfer the minimum data sufficient for the purpose.
• نُبرم مع كل مزوّد الضمانات التعاقدية المناسبة المطلوبة نظاماً لنقل البيانات خارج المملكة.We put in place with each provider the appropriate contractual safeguards required for transfers outside the Kingdom.
• نُجري تقييماً لمخاطر النقل ونراجعه دورياً.We carry out a transfer risk assessment and review it periodically.
• نُلزم كل مزوّد بعدم استخدام بياناتك لأغراضه الخاصة.We require each provider not to use your data for its own purposes.

٨مدة الاحتفاظ والإتلافRetention and destruction

عند الإتلاف نحذف جميع النسخ لدينا، بما فيها النسخ الاحتياطية ضمن دورتها المعتادة، ونطلب من مزوّدي خدماتنا إتلاف نسخهم. When we destroy data we delete all copies we hold, including backups within their ordinary cycle, and we ask our service providers to destroy theirs.

٩أمن البياناتSecurity

نحمي بياناتك بالتشفير أثناء النقل، وبتقييد الوصول إلى من يحتاجه لعمله فقط، وبمصادقة ثنائية على الأنظمة الحسّاسة، وبمراجعة دورية لمزوّدي خدماتنا. We protect your data with encryption in transit, access limited to those who need it for their work, two-factor authentication on sensitive systems, and periodic review of our service providers.

إذا وقع حادث تسريب قد يُلحق ضرراً ببياناتك أو يتعارض مع حقوقك، فسنبلّغ الجهة المختصة خلال ٧٢ ساعة من علمنا به، ونخطرك أنت دون تأخير غير مبرّر وبلغة واضحة. If a breach occurs that may harm your data or conflict with your rights, we will notify the competent authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify you without undue delay in plain language.

ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة تماماً، ولا يمكننا أن نَعِد بأمان مطلق. That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

١٠حقوقكYour rights

يمنحك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي الحقوق الآتية: The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law gives you the following rights:

• حق العلم: أن تعرف الأساس النظامي والغرض من جمع بياناتك. هذه السياسة نفسها هي أداء لهذا الحق. To be informed: to know the legal basis and purpose of collection. This policy is how we discharge that.
• حق الوصول: أن تطّلع على بياناتك لدينا. To access: to see the data we hold about you.
• حق الحصول على نسخة: بصيغة واضحة ومقروءة. To obtain a copy: in a clear and readable format.
• حق التصحيح: تصحيح أو استكمال أو تحديث بياناتك. To correct: to correct, complete or update your data.
• حق الإتلاف: إتلاف بياناتك متى لم تعد لازمة للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله. To destroy: to have your data destroyed once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
• حق سحب الموافقة: في أي وقت. To withdraw consent: at any time.

١١سحب الموافقةWithdrawing consent

يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت، وبنفس السهولة التي أعطيتها بها. وإذا كانت موافقتك هي الأساس الوحيد لمعالجة بياناتك، فسنتوقف عن معالجتها ونتلفها. سحبك للموافقة لا يؤثر على مشروعية ما تمّ قبل السحب. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. If consent was the only basis on which we processed your data, we will stop processing it and destroy it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of what happened before it.

١٢الشكاوىComplaints

إذا لم تكن راضياً عن تعاملنا مع بياناتك، راسلنا أولاً على privacy@nithami.ai وسنحاول حلّ الأمر. ويحق لك في كل الأحوال تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، وهي الجهة المختصة بالإشراف على تطبيق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. حقّك في الشكوى إليها قائم سواء راسلتنا أولاً أو لم تفعل. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, write to us first at privacy@nithami.ai and we will try to resolve it. You are entitled in any event to complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority supervising the Personal Data Protection Law. That right stands whether or not you come to us first.

١٣الأطفالChildren

خدمتنا موجّهة لمن أتمّ ١٨ عاماً فأكثر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد. إن علمنا أننا جمعنا بيانات شخص دون هذه السن دون موافقة وليّه، أتلفناها فوراً. وإن كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن ابنك سجّل لدينا، راسلنا على privacy@nithami.ai. Our service is for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If we learn that we have collected data about someone under that age without their guardian's consent, we will destroy it immediately. If you are a guardian and believe your child has registered with us, write to privacy@nithami.ai.

١٤ملفات الارتباط والتحليلاتCookies and analytics

يستخدم الموقع Google Analytics لقياس عدد الزوار ومصادر الزيارات بشكل مُجمّع. لا نستخدم هذه البيانات للتعرّف عليك شخصياً ولا نربطها بسجلك لدينا. ونخزّن في متصفحك تفضيل اللغة، ولمدة أقصاها ٣٠ يوماً مصدر الحملة التي أوصلتك إلينا، ولا يُرسَل إلينا إلا إذا أرسلت أحد النماذج. ويضع Google Analytics ملفات الارتباط الخاصة به. The site uses Google Analytics to measure visitor numbers and traffic sources in aggregate. We do not use this to identify you personally and we do not link it to your record with us. In your browser we store your language preference and, for up to 30 days, the campaign that brought you to us; it reaches us only if you submit one of our forms. Google Analytics sets its own cookies.

ويستخدم الموقع كذلك Meta Pixel. وعند اشتراكك في النشرة أو تسجيلك، نرسل إلى Meta نسخة مجزّأة (hashed) بتشفير أحادي الاتجاه من بريدك الإلكتروني ورقم جوالك واسمك ودولتك، مع عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح، لتخبرنا أيّ إعلاناتنا أوصلتك. ولا نستخدم ذلك إلا لقياس إعلاناتنا وتحسينها. ويضع Meta Pixel ملفات الارتباط الخاصة به. The site also uses the Meta Pixel. When you subscribe or register, we send Meta a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email address, phone number, name and country, with your IP address and browser type, so it can tell us which of our adverts brought you. We use this only to measure and improve our advertising. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies.

ويستخدم الموقع كذلك TikTok Pixel. وعند اشتراكك في النشرة أو تسجيلك، نرسل إلى TikTok نسخة مجزّأة (hashed) بتشفير أحادي الاتجاه من بريدك الإلكتروني ورقم جوالك، مع عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح، ومعرّف النقرة إن وصلت عبر إعلان على تيك توك، لتخبرنا أيّ إعلاناتنا أوصلتك. ولا نستخدم ذلك إلا لقياس إعلاناتنا وتحسينها. ويضع TikTok Pixel ملفات الارتباط الخاصة به. The site also uses the TikTok Pixel. When you subscribe or register, we send TikTok a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email address and phone number, with your IP address, your browser type and, if you came from a TikTok advert, its click identifier, so it can tell us which of our adverts brought you. We use this only to measure and improve our advertising. The TikTok Pixel sets its own cookies.

إذا وصلت إلينا عبر إعلان، فقد نحفظ مصدر الحملة (مثل «إنستقرام» أو «تيك توك») مع تسجيلك، لنعرف أي قناة تعمل. هذا مصدر الزيارة فحسب، وليس ملفاً تعريفياً عنك. If you reach us through an advert, we may record the campaign source (for example Instagram or TikTok) with your registration, so we know which channel works. That is the traffic source only, not a profile of you.

يمكنك تعطيل تتبّع Google Analytics من إعدادات متصفحك أو عبر الإضافة الرسمية من Google. You can disable Google Analytics tracking through your browser settings or Google's official opt-out add-on.

١٥تغييرات هذه السياسةChanges to this policy

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. وعند أي تغيير جوهري، كإضافة غرض جديد للمعالجة أو مزوّد جديد خارج المملكة، نخطرك مسبقاً بالبريد الإلكتروني أو داخل الخدمة، ونطلب موافقتك من جديد متى كان ذلك لازماً نظاماً. ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث ورقم الإصدار أعلى هذه الصفحة. We may update this policy. For any material change (a new processing purpose, or a new provider outside the Kingdom) we will notify you in advance by email or in the service, and ask for fresh consent where the law requires it. The last-updated date and version number are shown at the top of this page.
